CERAMIC PLANT

CERAMICPLANT Ceramic Membrane for Special Application
Ceramic microfiltration is being increasingly used in many applications. The GDP Ceramic Membrane Filter is composed by the porous alumina support and micropore alumina membrane coated on its inner surface. As a new type and high efficiency separating medium, this membrane is characterized with high strength, good acid/alkali and thermal resistance, easy cleaning, and widely used in industrial areas of foodstuffs, pharmaceutical, chemical, petrochemical and environmental protection.
Ceramic pilot plants are produced as complete , mobile, and ready for implementation into the treatment process. The system is incorporated with automatic backflushing and CIP system for membrane cleaning. Modules are supplied with a pore size 0.1 XXXXXX m. The filtration units are constructed as cylinders equipped with ceramic filtration tubes.
